What is it about Italy and Italian food that makes it so delicious? Maybe because whenever you eat Italian food it feels like a celebration of life. Okay, did we get too hokey there? We did didn’t we? But seriously, the one time we went to Italy a long time ago, eating food (because as it turns out, in Italy, it’s just called ‘food’) seemed to be a festive event with lots of laughter intertwined between each delicious dish.
